How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped next day - unless it is an international shipment.
You will be able to track your order using the tracking information we provide in your confirmation email.

Please note, deliveries to PO Boxes or APO's take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Drop-shipped items are shipped according to the manufacturer's preference
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
A tracking number was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can also access this from your account.
USPS can be reached by phone: 1-800-ASK-USPS
It may take up to 48 hours before a tracking number is registered in USPS' system.
Why was my order cancelled?
You may have made a duplicate order. When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure that you were not charged twice.
You may have failed to respond, in a timely fashion, to an important email. Often these emails relate to verifying your information, or completing payment.
If you have any questions about your canceled order, please contact us with your name & invoice ID#.
Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to our warehouse.
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have tracking the return may not be processed.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it will be processed and shipped next day.
Can I receive a refund if I return an item?
Yes, but only if your return request is made within 30 days of your original order.
Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds.
Can I return jewelry?
Yes, Jewelry must be in it's original unused condition (i.e. no scratches, etc) and the original packaging and size tag (if any) must be included with any return/exchange request.
Earrings are final sale and not eligible for return.
